German Northsea / JB-104

In the summer of 2019, after completion of a nearby harbour construction project at the idyllic German island of Helgoland, JB-104 was immediately redeployed on a soil investigation campaign in the open sea area between Helgoland and mainland Germany. The moonpool in JB-104's deck proved to be a highly useful feature. Altogether it was an exciting project for us, because usually the modular jack-up barges are deployed inside port breakwaters. Now, the JB-104 was out at sea, fully exposed. Thankfully the north European summer was good to us and our clients, and the projects was finished according schedule before the end of the summer.
